When Kath and I moved into our house about 18 months ago, we spent all our time getting the interior sorted. We decorated, built, floored and furnished like a pair of demons.

Now, this year, we have started work in the garden.

To give an idea of where we started, these photos show what we had to begin with. It's not a true representation, as we had already done some clearing work. However, it does give an idea.

I'm sure you'll agree that it's rather bare, and mowing all that grass takes forever. The first time I mowed, it took me around 4 hours. It's better now that I have it under control, but we definitely need to do something with it.
